Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

All gifts include free shipping with 3 day tracked courier delivery. Please note 1-3 days for order dispatch. If you have an urgent request please get in touch and we will do our best to help. We also offer upgraded shipping options.

Do you offer local delivery?

If your gift is being delivered to a recipient in the local Windsor & Maidenhead area we may hand deliver instead of posting. If you need a local gift delivered at short notice or after a seasonal delivery deadline send us an email at and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can my gift arrive on a specific day?

As standard we send our gifts with 3 day courier. If there is a date the gift has to have arrived by please let us know and we will do our best for it to arrive before then. If you would like us to add a tag saying 'do not open until...' let us know in the notes at checkout. Alternatively if you would like to send the gift with Royal Mail guaranteed delivery at additional shipping cost send us a message at

Where is my gift?

When your gift leaves our shop we will send you a dispatch email with updated tracking information. Please note there have been some delays with couriers due to the overwhelming amount of packages and covid restrictions. Once the gift has left our shop we are unable to influence the delivery time. Please allow a few extra days for your gift to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after a week of being dispatched from us, please get in touch and we will do our best to find out what has happened to it.

How do I send multiple gifts to different addresses?

You can either place each gift through the website individually or you can contact us stating the gift box you'd like to purchase, the address and personal message for each gift and we can send you an invoice for all gifts. If you are looking to send a corporate order please contact us at and we will assist you.

How do I send multiple gifts to the same address?

You can purchase multiple gifts to the same address through the website. Please note there is only one text box to write all personal messages. State which message you would like to go with each gift or send it to us in an email at

Can I send a gift abroad?

Yes we can ship our gifts abroad. Please contact us for a shipping price. Please be aware that the recipient may have to pay import duties or taxes that are outside of our responsibility. For gifts to Europe, please see below.

Can I send gifts to Europe?

Yes we can send gifts to Europe. However, due to new custom regulations as a result of Brexit, gifts shipped to the EU from the UK will incur an additional tax charge being applied. This additional tax is applied by the recipients country of residence not the UK, meaning we are unable to cover this prior to shipping or be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

How do I add a personal message?

We offer the option to include a handwritten note with every gift. Simply enter your message in the text box at checkout -  remember to say who it's from!

I forgot to add my personal message, what can I do?

If you've checked out and forgotten to add your personal message, send us an email at with your order number and personal message as soon as possible. If we don't have a message to include we will write the name of the person who purchased the gift on a gift tag so the recipient knows who it is from.

Will a receipt be included in the gift?

No, we don't include any prices or packing slips with the gift as the gift is typically sent straight to the recipient. You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email.

Can I return my gift?

We make every effort to ensure your gift arrives looking as perfect as when it left us. We do not offer exchanges or returns on gifts unless the item is damaged or faulty. If your gift has arrived and is not in perfect condition, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the problem for you.  For more information please see our return policy here.

Is my gift recyclable?

Yes! All our packaging is recyclable, including our eco-friendly packing peanuts which dissolve in water. We try to use products with as little plastic as possible. Food products must be sealed for hygiene purposes. The majority of our suppliers have now switched to a compostable plastic-free alternative but some of the products do still contain an inner plastic wrapper.


Custom Gifts

Can I change an item in a gift box on the website?

If you've seen a gift box on the website you love but you need to make a change we will do our best to accommodate. If it's swapping an item for a different flavour we have in stock send us an email at to check availability before making your purchase. If you would like to swap an item for a different item send us an email and we can send a custom invoice over to you. 

What type of gift boxes do you offer?

On our website we offer our signature light grey linen cardboard boxes with our gold foil logo along and small kraft cardboard boxes for our mini gifts. If you are looking for something different and bespoke or including your company branding we'd love to hear from you. Send us an email at 

What size are your gift boxes?

Our signature light grey linen box is 27 x 27 x 10 cm. Our kraft box is 23 x 23 x 10.5 cm.

Do you offer custom corporate gift boxes? 

Yes! We find these projects so much fun. Send us an email at and let's get the ball rolling!

Do you offer corporate gift boxes with branding options?

Yes! Our minimum order is 20. You can select a pre-designed gift from our website here with the option to add your own branding. Or we can make something fully bespoke

Yes! Whether you are looking send client gifts in the marketing, events, media, real estate, pharmaceuticals industry or another field we can help. You can choose from our pre-designed gifts here or work with us to create something fully bespoke

I'm looking to set up onboarding gifts for employees can you help?

Yes! If you're looking for a continuous gifting solution we can help. We can set up a dedicated page for your company to shop your pre-chosen gifts. When you need a gift you can just jump on and make the order. We can include branding options too. We find this personal page is a great solution for onboarding employee gifts, employee special occasion gifts e.g. birthday, wedding, new baby, promotion.
